The National Guard Militia Museum in Sea Girt, New Jersey is a non-profit museum designed to preserve the military history of New Jersey. The little museum has many interesting exhibits to explain New Jersey’s important role in various military campaigns.

The Atwood-Blauvelt Mansion located on Kinderkamack Road in lovely Oradell, New Jersey, was originally built in 1897. The manse is interesting because it was a fine example of shingle-style architecture.
