Abandoned Trains in New York State

Mark and I went on a trip to Cooperstown, New York in July 2009 to visit the National Baseball Hall of Fame. As we drove around the beautiful New York State countryside, we discovered these abandoned trains somewhere around the little hamlet of Maryland, New York.

New Jersey Man Provides Mud for Major League Baseball



There is a mud farmer in New Jersey that provides the mud that Major League baseball teams use to hand-rub on their baseballs. 
 
It's nice to see that not everything is high-tech these days and some things are still done the old-fashioned way.
