The National Guard Militia Museum
The National Guard Militia Museum in Sea Girt, New Jersey is a non-profit museum designed to preserve the military history of New Jersey.
The little museum has many interesting exhibits to explain New Jersey’s important role in various military campaigns.
On the front lawn of the museum reside interesting battle-scarred tanks, helicopters, and planes, including Patton tanks and the classic Sherman tank.
Admission is free!

Sea Girt Lighthouse
Sea Girt Lighthouse in pretty little Sea Girt, New Jersey is a sweet little lighthouse.
It is different, because the little light tower is actually part of the house.
Most lighthouses are separate structures from the keeper’s house.
After you enter the house, you see the little parlor.
To get to the light, you must climb a small ladder:
