New Jersey is considered the diner capital of the world. There are hundreds of diners in the state, and they are an integral part of the New Jersey dining experience. Many are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

This week I am posting photos of diners I have visited located near or at the Jersey shore.
First up, the Princess Maria Diner in Wall Township:

In Wildwood, many of the buildings are in the “Doo-Wop” Style, or Googie Architecture.

  1. I love watching Guy on Food Network when he visits the diners...love love when he's in Jersey! This is as close I've been to one since my younger days and so glad to be able to see this post. Thanks for the share although it is certainly not like the experience of being in one!
