
The pink cherry blossoms in Branch Brook Park in Newark, New Jersey are now in full bloom! We had a weekend of gorgeous weather and they have responded beautifully in an explosion of pink!
These pink ones are my favorites. They inspire me in so many ways. They bring joy and beauty to the thousands of visitors who come to see them every year.
I’m not very good with creative projects such as knitting, cooking, or sewing, but I can photograph these beautiful flowers!

DeleteIn past springs' I've noticed some blooms like these and didn't realize until they are cherry blossoms. Yeah, I'm not the sharpest crayon in the box. I definitely do not have a green thumb. DeleteMy friend used to live near Branch Brook Park and I always enjoyed going to visit her when the Cherry blossoms were in bloom. She moved to Maine when she got married, but seeing your photos brought back some great memories. I live in a very pretty part of NJ with lots of great scenery, but the Cherry blossoms of Branch Brook Park are truly beautiful as well. Thanks for sharing!
